Siobhán O'Leary

Siobhán O’Leary is Co-Founder and CEO of The Institute of Applied AI (IAAI), a Cork-based company specialising in AI governance, education and advisory for regulated industries, and a member of the EU Apply AI Alliance. With over ten years operating in regulated, risk-sensitive GMP environments, she helps organisations move from AI awareness to applied, governed capability. Her work spans CPD-accredited education programmes, GxP-aligned governance advisory and Fractional AI Officer support for leadership teams across life sciences. She has delivered programmes and talks for organisations including ISPE, MSLETB, MTU and ICBE. Siobhán is a certified AI Governance Professional (AIGP, IAPP) and Project Management Professional (PMP).
