Rick Roché

Rick is the Group Head of Engineering at Investec and is a technology leader with a focus on distributed systems, sociotechnical system design and building scalable and sustainable ways of working.

He is passionate about continuous improvement, platform thinking and principled approaches to problem solving. Rick has over a decade of experience in software engineering and providing technical thought leadership.
