Peter Brownlow

Peter Brownlow works as an engineering manager in Developer Experience at Personio, and is exploring what makes DX impactful to developers and explainable to non-developers.

Peter has worked in DX roles for nearly 20 years and has experience as both a coder and senior manager, currently on a journey to boomerang back to his love of building software. One of his favourite t-shirts says “I make software for people who make software for people who make software” repeated infinitely.
