Peter Brownlow

Peter works as a lead developer in Kotlin Developer Experience at Personio, and is exploring what makes DX impactful to developers and explainable to non-developers. He has worked in DX-ish roles for most of his 20 years in the industry and has experience as both a coder and people manager, recently achieving a boomerang back from management to his love of building software hands-on.

One of Peter’s favourite t-shirts says “I make software for people who make software for people who make software” repeated infinitely. He enjoys thinking about what really makes us tick while walking his dog.
