Padraig Coffey

Padraig Coffey is the CEO of Zartis, an Irish technology consultancy with nearly 300 employees supporting clients across Europe and North America. Founded in Cork in 2009, Zartis partners with organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies to deliver technology strategy, AI transformation, and bespoke software solutions—particularly in the cleantech, medtech, and financial sectors.

Since joining Zartis, Padraig has overseen its evolution into a leader in AI transformation and a strengthening capability in AI product engineering. In 2024, the company secured a €10 million investment from Development Capital to accelerate international growth and expand its AI capabilities.

Earlier in his career, Padraig worked in consulting in London and spent over five years living in Madrid. He is a graduate of University College Cork and remains actively involved with Na Piarsaigh GAA Club.
